How do I move my management network, vmkernel port, to my other nic?

This is VMWare ESXi 4.0, no Vcenter access, only Vsphere to host.

Create a new vSwitch, attach uplink to the required physical nic, add new VMKernel Portgroup.

Remove original portgroup.

OR

ADD new nic to existing vSwitch, and remove the original nic
Commented:
If the new management network is using the same IP or is in the same range don't remove the original management vNIC and vSwitch just add the new ports to it, confirm your changes then remove the old ports.

If the management network is in another network segment things get a bit tricky..but is quite easily achieved particularly under ESXi 5..
