Exchange 2007 Hub Transport Relay

Do we have the possibility in Exchange 2007 with the below requirement.

Req:
For outbound mailflow I have categorized as Exchange mails and Non-Exchange(Application).

If I have 10 HUB transport servers, can i send all the Exchange mails to first 5 HUB's and the Non Exchange traffic to rest of the 5 servers.

Organisation A
Exchange outgoing mail traffic   --> { Hub 1, Hub2... Hub5}  --> Gateway

Application Traffic --> { HUB6, Hub 7... Hub10 }

I dont think it is practically possible. If we have any possibility please let me know.

This requirement is not possible in Exchange...
