my understanding is that we cannot use powershell ise because it would not recognize commands like 'Get-Spweb'
what are the steps involved in debugging using visual studio 2010. ?
which process to attach ?

I installed the Power GUI on my laptop.
i am also able to put the breakpoints. Now, my understanding is that when the breakpoint hits it should bring up the cmd prompt. Is that right ?
Actually, i am kind of newbie in powershell, so, would you mind to be little more descriptive in your reply.

no what it does is allow you to look at the variables and you can check other areas of the system.

Out of the 3 tools you mentioned, which tool should server better in which situation ?
Or, should i just stick with one ?
I like powergui myself, as my Visual Studio takes forever to load
