Fast stone screen capture

Because in addition to capturing the portion of screen , they have additional feature to capture scrolling screen.

But if you are looking for free ones, Windows 7 has snipping tool in built as already mentioned.
Indeed snagit 11 is the best one ....

even when I use camtasia and change from 1600x900 to 1280x720  only the upper portion of screen is recorded.

I cant find an option in snagat 11 to screen record

they only get top portion of the screen also
