Hi,

I have an easy question:
I have a pivot table which shows sales per customer, product group, product in quantities and amounts.
I want to show the totals for the quantities ONLY on product and product group level.
See the attachment.
The red cells must be empty.
Is this possible?

No, not really, though you can hide the values (the cell won't actually be empty  but will look it) using conditional formatting. select E5, add a new conditional formatting rule, specify that it applies to all 'Sum of Qty' fields and use a formula:
=ISNUMBER(SEARCH("total",$A5))
and then in the formatting dialog apply a custom number format of
;;;
