Creating multiple backups in one big External USB hard drive in Backup Exec Software

Hi,
I have been using 5 external USB hard drives (250GB Seagate FreeAgent External Hard Drive) for Monday thru Friday.
Before then we used to use 5 physical tapes using HP LTO tape drive, but decided to migrate to external USB hard drives when the tape drive broke down.

Thesedays we can buy 3TB External USB Hard Drives in the market.

My question is that using Backup Exec Software, can I store 5 separate backup data in one 3 TB External USB Hard Drive?  In that way, I don't have to replace USB HD every day. I can keep backup data from Monday thru Friday in one 3TB drive.

tgtis,,
i have backupexec 12.5 on sbs2011 as well. woul you mind giving me step by step instructions as to how i can set up the backup jobs so that i can keep multiple  backus on my external usb?
I only have a short time this morning to respond, but here is a technote walking you through creating data retension policies for Backup Exec.

After you get this done, monitor your jobs and usb drives and make modifications to the jobs as needed.

Hope this helps!
