Can This Be Done In Access 2010
Breeders Assistant from Tenset is a database with major limitations. I want to build an improved version with MS access and I need to know if I can replicate one essential Breeders Assistant feature in Access.
I need to print an A4 page/record with a specified PDF file as a background / watermark. I should be able to setup this page (form/report?) by adjusting the location of the fields precisely to match certain locations on the PDF watermark.
Can it be done?

I presume by image file, you mean JPG or PNG or whatever is allowed by access
