Office 2010 powerpoint issues

Dear Experts,

We are a company dealing with customer design products, we depend on Powerpoint 2010 to make slides and presentation and we have been facing critical issues as the application freezes frequently which hamper our day-to-day work . We have a high end system i.e. core i3 & i5 with 4 GB of RAM but to our surprise it freezes unexpectedly.
We tried getting relevant information from various sources to tackle the matter but unfortunately nothing helped us and at last we look forward for your support. Kindly help us to resolve the issue as it is getting critical on a continual process.

Thanks & Regards.

try by disabling antivirus tool and give a try.
Try:

1. Ensure that both Windows and Office are fully up to date.  run windows update on each of the systems
2. Run your antivirus/antispyware.  This could be spyware/malware.

Other things to check.

If you have McAfee Antivirus make sure that there is only one instance of the Antivirus running.

Confirm that the issue you are describing is not occurring because of antivirus scans in progress.
It will sound weird, but I'd make sure you've 1) installed all the service packs and 2) installed a local printer driver and set it as default. There are instructions here, and you should follow these and install this driver as a test to see if it resolves your freeze issues: http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00952_How_to_install_a_TEST_printer_driver.htm

We have EsetNod 32 Antivirus installed on the system and every morning we scan our PC before performing any work. We keep updating windows and office on a regular basis. But still that did'nt resolve the issue. Any more relevant solutions would be appreciated.

Thanks & Regards.
