Excel: copy contents of one cell from one file into a cell of another file

I have two spreadsheets: New and Old.  Both have a column B labeled "Record ID".  I would like to be able check if B2 "Record ID" in Spreadsheet New exists in column B of Spreadsheet Old and if it does, copy the contents from C2 of Old Spreadsheet into C2 of New spreadsheet.

Excel 2010
Windows 7

Any takers?

Muchas Gracias!
