i had already tried using the IP address but it didnt work due to incorrect driver that can had sent with printer. &nbsp;in the end i downloaded a new driver from their website and installed using ip address. &nbsp;thanks for your advise much appreciated!

i am adding an additional driver to a shared pritner on server 2003 &nbsp;using shared, additional drivers and then i select x64 bit however i get an error msg see attached ....<br />
