How to see what email addresses are being forwarded to an account

I was asked to tell a user what emails they are receiving.  They are part of many distribution groups and there are other users' email being forwarded to them as well.  Is there an easy/easier way to do this other than going to each user's box and seeing if they are being forwarded to someone else and matching that up?  We have Exchange 2007 SP3.  There are about 200 users on the system and many distribution groups this person is a part of so if there is a way to simply do this that would be good.

I think what I want is a way to by username determine what distribution groups they are part of and what accounts are forwarding to those distribution groups.

If you click on the email account from which the email was received, you will have an option called "member of". If you click on that, you can able to see on which distribution group the user is member of.

Inform if you are looking for different option.

I know what distribution groups the user is part of.  What I need to know is there are users who's email is forwarded to another user or distribution group.  Is there a way to find that part out?
