How to add "Home Folder" Connect X:  to:  \\fileserver\home\%username%  to existing 500 users?

I would suggest using ADmodify.net for this.

Or just use DSTools, my favourite way ;) to set up Home Directory for all users. First export all logins to a text file

Dsquery user -samid * -limit 0 | dsget user -samid | find /v "dsget" | find /v "samid" >>c:\logins.txt

And set up home drives

For /f %i in (c:\logins.txt) do dsquery user -samid %i | dsmod user -hmdir \\server\share\%i

And that's all
