If they are in the same OU you can also highlight them and right click and select properties.  "properties for multiple items" then profile tab

Or just use DSTools, my favourite way ;) to set up Home Directory for all users. First export all logins to a text file

Dsquery user -samid * -limit 0 | dsget user -samid | find /v "dsget" | find /v "samid" >>c:\logins.txt

And set up home drives

For /f %i in (c:\logins.txt) do dsquery user -samid %i | dsmod user -hmdir \\server\share\%i

And that's all
