need to use new-mailboxfolder to create folder for a remote user.

works fine for the logged on user but i need to do this for bulk users

New-MailboxFolder –Name Test –Parent user@domain.com:\

works only if you are logged in as the user. I need some flags or switches that will do it for a remote user so i can modify multiple users.

The default RBAC configuration only allows you to create a folder in the mailbox of the user that executes New-MailboxFolder. Therefore, an administrator cannot use this command to create a folder in another user’s mailbox.
