Perfmon to log IO throughputs for Win 2008 Enterprise R2

Did you have a look at the "Performance Tuning Guidelines for Windows Server 2008 R2" MS guide ?

Although, I suggest you to install MS utility Process Explorer to better view how each process consume CPU/RAM/Network&Disk io

IO perfmon capturing is given ... which I'm still waiting for...
Reading "Storage-Related Performance Counters" on pages 39-40 of the "Performance Tuning Guidelines for Windows Server 2008 R2" MS guide does what you are waiting for.
