Outlook 2003 disconnects from Exchange 2010

We recently migrated to Exchange 2010, since doing that i have some users who when they open Outlook 2003 it is a disconnected state, the only way to fix this is to delete the profile and recreate.
This will also happen when a user attempts to open more that one shared calendar at a time.

Has anyone seen this before?

Make sure the encryption settings in Outlook 2003 match what you have setup with Exchange 2010 ... which is enabled by default.
Thanks for the reply, it ended up being a DNS issue that only affected clients with Outlook 2003.  As well we increased the RPC sessions because of the clients that had multiple shared calendars open.


After a lot of research and increasing the RPC connections it was still happening but checked DNS and it wasn't picked up the right DNS servers for Exchange.
