Routing cmd for 2 lan port on pc

My pc has 2 lan port, one is started with 192 for hardware test, one is 172 for internet.

Can I set the routing table in win7 permanently, so that no need to disconnect the other cable when switch the network.

Any command I should use, thanks.

Yes, you can configure a persistent route.

Example:

route -p add 192.168.1.0 mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1

Sorry, but how does http:#a38017637 provide a solution? That route is superfluous. All NICs get a route for the network they get an IP from (DHCP), or have it set anyway if you static IPs.
