Replication between two DNS servers
I've been searching google trying to find a good tutorial that explains how to install two servers with one DNS sever on each and have them replicate, but I can't find any.
Does anyone know of a good video/tutorial that explains how to accomplish this?

Stand alone Windows server running DNS will not replicate.
If the DNS servers are part of a Domain, then you can set the replication type for the zones that are hosted.

The DNS should be active directory integrated.
I think I must be asking the wrong question, because I don't really understand it. What I am trying to understand is how primary and secondary forward works with two different domains.
I think this is what I need to learn, but I don't understand it since it is in Hindu

So your talking about 2 completely seperate AD Forests?
You have for example, A.Domain1.Com and A.Domain2.org ? Both active directory forests in there own right and you want to have BOTH DNS domains have all records of bothe domains/forest yes? Just so we are clear.

DNS1
abc.com
Standard primary forward abc.com
Secondary forward xyz.com
DNS2
xyz.com
Standard primary forward xyz.com
Secondary forward abc.com
I'm trying to figure out if this is how it works or how it works.

Some more context about what you are trying to achieve would still be useful.
You can have multiple AD integrated zones on a domain joined DNS server. AD integrated means that information for the zone is stored in AD, it does not mean that AD uses the zone.
This might be of use http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc731204(v=ws.10).aspx

If AD then there is nothing at all to do, youst install the DNS role as part of the AD install and your finished.
