I recently had my dns a record changed to point to new host but had my email domain remain onsite locally. however after having a few changes done with my register I have been recieving this message, primarily with yahoo.com emails. any body noticed this before and any suggestions for troubleshooting or repair? Thanks a bunch,

perhaps you no longer have a valid PTR record
if you look in the queue, you will see the last error on the outbound email, this is usually a clue, you can also run a packet sniffer to grab the SMTP connection.
My guess is that you are being gracefully blocklisted.
I would suggest using www.mxtoolbox.com to check you domain, and confirm that your MX record matches your exit IP address.

You need to contact your internet provider (AT&T, Comcast...) and have them add a PTR record tpo your IP.
You should halso have a static IP at your location where your mail server is.

You might want to change the server to an external one before running that, otherwise if you have split dns you would only see the internal MX records...

By Experience this message is not related to your settings but a problem with the specific user you are sending the email to. (recipient).
Unless you have this problems with all your messages to several "yahoo" recipients I suggest you to do nothing.
I get this message from time to time and never change any of my settings.
