No external OWA SBS 2003 - works fine internally & router OK
Our SBS2003 box has suddenly stopped allowing OWA & iPhone access from outside the building. \no changes were made to the SBS and no updates have been applied recently.
Local internal OWA works fine.
I have re-run "connect to the internet" and made sure the OWA and Outlook via the Internet sections are enabled. Rebooting the server didn't help
DNS is setup correctly - the server name is resolving OK.
The router logs shows that NAT is set up properly - requests from my home IP are being forwarded on port 80 to the internal SBS according to the logs.
Nothing in the System or Application error logs
Help please! Thanks, Ian

Please paste your results here. If that external emails are not working then as it was said above in the previous comments, the port is not forwarded properly to the SBS Server.
Check if your IP is not blacklisted on any of the NameServers.

Not sure why the old router failed - it was still logging requests to port 80 & 443
Are you using http://server/owa externally or https://server/owa?
On router anything changed on the firewall rules? You need NAT and firewall to access internally
