Or do I develop it on my PC and then upload it?<br />

They are currently using google documents to maintain (AND share) data internationally.<br />

However, they really need a more powerful online solution than google docs.<br />
They need to run reports and do queries.<br />
Essentially, they need an online database (not a very complex one).<br />

Are there any online tools that could help???<br />

(PS: I did find Intuit QuickBase but this is very expensive)
