Cannot recognize USB devices in WinXP mode on Windows 7

I have a program that will only work in WinXP so I have to run it in WinXP on a Windows 7 system in XP Mode, but XP Mode does not recognize USB.  The problem I have is I need to print to a USB printer through XP Mode and I cannot.  Is there any way to enable USB support in XP Mode or does anyone have any other suggestions.

Have you looked at the Device Manager while in XP mode to see if there are any "Exclamation Points" for drivers not installed or working correctly?

Open the Tools menu as described above in XP mode and attach the device to XP Mode, it will more than likely be listed as an Unknown Device. Once it is attached, run the installation application for the Printer in XP Mode.
