You'll need to download and install the latest firmware update. Had the same issue with my manager's iPad and found that upgrading the P1102w's firmware was the only solution.<br />

I purchased an HP p1102w and set up the printer using the eprint services. I can print a test page okay. I then downloaded the eprint app to my iphone 4S. When i try to print a pic, it gives me a list of places to print my picture instead of printing to the p1102w printer. When I tried to print an e-mail (Exchange) I get a &quot;connection error&quot; message. What did I do wrong or miss int he setup? thx
