How to remove inactive datastore?

Hello EE,

I created a test VM when I had a trial of Veeam and later removed the server and rebuilt when I put in the new version, but I have a VeeamBackup_oldserver(inactive) listed under my Datastores and Datastore Clusters in Vmware client and I am not sure how to clean this up.

Thanks!

Right Click the datastore, and click Unmount.

ASKER

I tried that but it's greyed out.
was this mounted to one or more servers?

Unmount is Greyed Out on all servers mapped/mounted to this datastore?
It shows 2 hosts connected
Display.docx
If i go into the host summary I can right click and unmount, but get the following error as that VM server is no longer present:

Call "HostDatastoreSystem.RemoveDatastore" for object "datastoreSystem-201" on vCenter Server "Urkel.northamerica.bergquistcompany.com" failed.
Operation failed, diagnostics report: Unable to resolve hostname 'DOOGIE.northamerica.bergquistcompany.com'
No I get the error above
