Moving files including attributes

I need to decommision a Windows XP that has for example many JPG files in multiple folders to a usb flsh disk, in order the user be able to easily fild the JPG files I thought if I copy them with file attributes that creathe the same path as on C:\ in the USB flsh  then the user can find for example pictures on BD in the same folder that they use to find and picture of Vacation on 200x on the same folder.
how can I move files with attributes,

ASKER

It seems the word "attribute" misleaded you guys. I said it is an XP workstation and I am concern on path of the file on C: that I like to keep when I move them to the usb. There is no NTSF permission.
