I had a similar problem with an iPad not so long ago.<br />

My solution was to connect the device to a PC with USB 3.0.<br />
<br />
Make sure the cable is in good condition too.

Hi, I can't download a video of 245 mb from my iphone. &nbsp;I am able to download pics and smaller videos, but I am not able to download large videos :(<br />
I've tried picasa, iexplore, &nbsp;but after a couple of minutes. I get a message that it has been disconnected<br />

The videos play fine on the iphone, but I want to transfer them to my PC<br />
