BCM 2010 on Remote Desktop for selected users?
Hello,
We have a Remote Desktop server running Server 2008 R2 with Office 2010, including BCM 2010.
We only want a couple of users to be able to use BCM so have set those users with cached exchange mode on and all is ok.
Problem is, the other users that dont need BCM keep getting a message when opening Outlook warning them that their account needs to be setup with cache mode for BCM to work etc etc.
Is there anyway to restrict BCM from trying to run for the majority of users?
Thanks,
Edd...

ASKER
was a different issue, which i resolved my self.
What do you see when you go to File tab > Business Contact Manager for the users that don't need BCM? Do they only have the Enable option?
Do they keep getting the message every time they open Outlook?
Regards.
