Error With Outlook Client Configuration

Thanks for your help in advance

We are facing this issue when trying to configure Outlook client for our Organization.

There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

We have checked the Client Server Time/Time-zone, Connectivity etc, all is just fine.


Our Observation is that the Configuration wizard configues the Client for an organization on the same Server that does not contain our customization/solutions, but as soon as we import the solution, we start getting this error. What could be causing this error?
