How can I make it so the Num Lock is always enabled within my Hyper-V virtual machines?

I have a problem on my Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V base machine where when I switch over to my Hyper-V virtual machines, the Num Lock key is no longer on (even though it is on in the Hyper-V base server). I then turn the Num Lock key on within the Hyper-V virtual machine only to have to turn it back on when I move my mouse back into the Hyper-V base machine.

So How can I make it so the Num Lock is always enabled within my Hyper-V virtual machines so that I don't have to constantly keep turning it on?

Is there a place to set this on by default always for all newly created VMs?  I understand that if you set check this it becomes the setting fort that VM, but what about for all future created VMs?  I'd like to not have to set this for each VM that I create.
