Share cookies between IE and .NET WebBrowser control

I have a .NET app that contains a WebBrowser component. If I navigate to a page in the regular IE browser, that page sets a regular cookie and a session cookie. I would like the .NET app's WebBrowser control to be able to read those cookies.

The cookie I'm trying to access is the session cookie for a user that has logged into an ADFS sign-in page (SAML identity provider).

You should be able to get the same cookies as long as the WebBrowser control is using the same directories as the regular browser (which would be the case if you are using IE).  Do you have evidence that you are NOT able to access cookies?

Yes, I've performed tests and verified that the cookies are not shared / the same.

Your help has saved me hundreds of hours of internet surfing.

I'm not 100% sure of the ability to access the Low cookie files programmatically, but that's a longer-term issue that I need to investigate. The initial question that I had was answered by the infrastructure I explained.
