Go to table in diagram

I'm in MS SQL Server Management Studio with SQL Server 2008.

On the left of my display, I have the Object Explorer which lists databases and, if expanded, tables in a database. On the right I have a diagram of the selected database. Now, in the object explorer, I select a table in the database. I would now like the diagram to focus and select that table. How do I that that?

Ok, then. What would be the fastest way to find a table in a diagram?
e.g. suppose I want to find "tblEmployee" in the diagram.

You will still have to search it using CTRL+F there is no shortcut.
