HL7 software and hardware requirements
Environment: C#.Net, Sql Server 2000
I am going to receive a HL7 based txt file that contains record information.
Historically, we have always received a normal string length delimited txt file but I am informed going forward its going to be HL7 based.
From what I understand its a standard or format that everybody is supposed to adhere to.
My question is what would I have to change in our .Net application and the SQL server database schema to process this HL7 txt file?
I read somewhere about Iguana but am not sure how it fits in all this?
Thanks!
