I use ZoneAlarm Security Suite 9.3.014.000 in an XP Pro environment. I am aware that ZA has a newer version but I do not like it and do not want to install it. <br />

When I attempt to update the virus/spyware signature files, I receive an error &quot;Unable to connect to update server&quot;. I connect to the Internet through at least four completely independent ISP's and have no other connectivity problems.<br />

I have tried uninstalling ZA and a clean (I believe) re install but without resolving the problem.<br />

ZoneAlarm Security Suite 9.3.014.000 Will Not Update Virus Signatures

Anti-virus software was originally developed to detect and remove computer viruses.
