We have already created rule using content type (application/octetstream) to block downloding exe files. But users are not able to download PDF files from some of the sites and some other files also are getting blokced from this rule.<br />

We want to block only exe files to be downloaed and not all other files.<br />

What is the best way to do it.<br />

Enabling ALL files to be downloaded except EXE in ISA server 2006
