PDF is not a supported filetype for SnagIt. I just verified that with my copy of SnagIt (V11.0.1) and it does not work. <br />

I know I can add callouts from Adobe (I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro) but the person requesting this PDF likes the Snagit callouts better. That's why I'm asking the question.
