Blackberry 9930 "More All/Not Working"
We have a Blackberry 9930 that is not working properly. Some attachments are not downloading and its probably because they exceed the limitations specified in the policy. However, the More/All option does not load emails. It just stays on the screen with the More/All Displayed. I have tried wiping the device three to four times, which resolves the issue for a few weeks, but it then starts up again. I have also tried resending service books. It resolves it for a few weeks as well, but then the problems start up again. This is a corporate Blackberry setup. We are running a BES internally on Exchange 2003. Does anyone have any ideas/solutions? Permanent Solutions? Thanks.
