Error synchronizing folder

Hi,

For some reason a client of ours receives a Sync Log email whenever he clicks the Send\ Receive icon in Outlook.

He has Outlook 2010 and the server has Exchange 2010 installed. I already tried recreating the OST file but that apparently made no difference.

Any ideas?
