PaperPort 11 getting error and will not open

We have a workstation that is using ScanSoft (Nuance) PaperPort 11, that came with bundled package with a Visioneer 400 document scanner. When attempting to open paperport, we are getting an error message referencing AppName: paprport.exe and ModName: tncache.dll. See attached screenshot of error. After the error message, the program will close. We had this issue once before and I had to completely reinstall the software and reinstall. Now the issue is happening again about a month after the reinstall of the software.
