recently 2 of our remote desktop users have been getting a message when they print within a remote session that their print doc has been redirected in remote desktop and throughout day their print que for that printer which by the way no longer even exists can fill up. Read that this is related to microsoft one note program which creates a one note printer within a remote desktop session. One way to resolve this issue is to disable printers in local resources tab of remote desktop options but if i do this then they wont be able to print to a legitimate printer within that session. Any ideas? thanks.
