Need to compare multiple date columns and interpret as true or false

I have a spreadsheet with mutliple date columns that I need to compare to see if the delivery date was met.   Spreadsheet columns below.

Due Date                    Date Reviewed
06/30/2012      06/28/2012
06/30/2012
06/30/2012
06/30/2012
06/30/2012

I need a T to indicate that the delivery date was met and F to indicate it was not with the following scenario.

(Date reviewed > due date = F)  (and if due date <= today and date reviewed is null = F)

That 3rd IF() is not actually necessary:

=IF(B2="","",IF(B2>A2,"F","T"))

I thought it looked longer than it should.  You're right.
