Virtual Domain Controller was out of sync and want to revert to older snapshot

Earlier this month I had a SAN failure which led to a recovery that had me revert my virtual domain controller to a snapshot from 2 days earlier (all other virtual technology was fine but DC's were out of sync).  Everything worked exactly as I expected and my systems were all back in sync.  However I had a second domain controller that I chose to not bring back online because I was in the middle of a production window and I wasn't sure if it was going to just cause more sync problems.  I am now in my maintenance window and want to revert that DC to the same snapshot date as I did the one that is currently online and working (the second controller will be the image from about 3 weeks ago).  Is this going to cause me a major headache?  I took snapshots of the entire infrastructure in case this blows up in my face but thought I would ask the experts before trying this in case I am missing something big here.

My domain controllers are running on 2003 Servers (probably a relevant detail)
