I attempted to swap the access gateway for a customer last night with one that includes their branding. I shutdown the old VM running their current access gateway, logged into the new access gateway and changed the IP of one of the NICs to the IP of the old AG server (set as internal, external and management). The old NIC was left in tact and configured for management access as well. Restarted the server and now I'm unable to login to the front end, admin console, linux console... nothing.
What could have caused this?
