hp designjet 130 nr

The HP designjet 130 , powers on, the carriage does not move and the error LED begins to blink immediately The LCD panel does not display any error code , and the 3 bars does not indicate a known error.I ran the diagnostic maintenance tool(printer-properties-advanced) and indicated error 258. This error does not exist in the service manual.
When the power it's on, if I open the lid, the carriage does not move at all. I can move the carriage with my hand, it's not stuck.

Need help!!!.

error code 2 seems to be a problem with the carriage, so it can be a bad contact in the wires to the carriage motor, or a bad motor, or the logic board
