2 Locations - 2 Domains - 2 Exchange Servers - Single Email Domain

Two companies are combining but staying in different locations.  Creating a single domain name for email.  There are two separate AD environments.

Company A has

Domain-a.com
exchange 2010

Company B has

domain-b.com
exchange 2010

Is there a way to make both email servers receive email domain-A-B.com.

There will also need to be some reconfiguration of your MX records to allow mail to flow to one place for both domains.

Here is a good resource for this type of thing.

I will rephrase a little bit.  They want to get rid of the two old email domains and share a new email domain.  But the AD environments are separate and they are in two different physical locations.

Then setup a trust between domains and add each as a site on the other's domain.  Keep one Exchange server at one site and redo the domain name as well as the email address policy.
