We have a group of WIN2K3 servers which their system resources ran low almost at the same time. &nbsp;We see there are a lot of event ID 333: An I/O operation initiated by the registry failed unrecoverably. &nbsp;The Registry could not read in, or write out, or flush, one of the files that contain the system's image of the Registry. &nbsp;<br />

After the above, event ID 55 shows up: The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. &nbsp;Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume C. &nbsp;<br />

Has anyone seen the above issue before? &nbsp;We have researched for this quite a while and have found it very difficult to pin point the cause of the issue.
