Javascript Regular Expression

Hello there,
I would like to know how can I match with Javascript Regular Expression
something like this
 "there are 50 items"
 "there are 85 items"
 "there are 190 items"

items with less than 50 are NO match like
 "there are 30 items"

lwadwell's answer looks good to me, though \d{3}\d* is slightly better written as \d{3,}

Let me know if you need to reject 3 (or more) digit numbers starting with zeros, like:
