Exchange 2010 contacts restore

Hi, I am trying to restore a users contacts. got the recovery db mounted and everything but when i use the following cmd the contact are not restored to the users prod mailbox:

New-MailboxRestoreRequest -SourceDatabase RDB1 -SourceStoreMailbox 'firstname lastname' -TargetMailbox initlastname -IncludeFolders '#contacts#'

please assist
