Exchange 2010 - Question about authoritative accepted domain
Hi all,
I know this should be simple, but I just want to confirm it as I cant get a straight answer anywhere.
We are about to change two of our accepted domains from Internal Relay to Authoritative in Exchange 2010.
My question is
When we do this change, do we need to create a new Internal send connector for these domains for internal mail transfer?
My assumption is that a new send connector is not required, because when the domain becomes authoritative, Exchange knows that it is an 'internal message'.
But just want to confirm, and please let me know if I am wrong.
