Windows Server 2008 installation RAID1 DVD problems

Hey.
I got this wierd problem with my newly bought PowerEdge T110 II.

First off, I configurated the 2 disks to work as RAID1.

Then I tried to install Windows Server 2008 from the DVD -
I get into the setup but at the first step I get this message about the drivers for my "CD-/DVD" missing. How the hell did it get into the setup at all if the drivers are missing? Has this something to do with the RAID1 configuration? SATA-operation is set as RAID.

It asks me to insert a USB or CD with the correct drivers anyhow, its a tsstcorp DVD player and I cant find any drivers to it for 2k8. What the heck is going on ? :(
I almost regret that I bought the license instead of just downloading one to a USB..

Please help me!

I suspect the system is asking you to provide the RAID CTRL drivers. Also: I don't think it's a best practice to attach a CD/DVD to a SATA port configured as RAID. Usually BIOS allows you to configure some SATA ports as RAID (where you indeed have the HDDs and build the RAID1 array) and the other SATA ports as standard SATA ports (not RAID) used to CD/DVD.
Firstly try providing the RAID CTRL driver. Let me know.
