How to avoid being seen as spam
Hello guys, thanks for your help
We are running a PHP mailer programm to send emails to our clients. Some of the mailings we do are automated but this is always with approval of the reciever. However sooner or later we always seem to end up being seen as spam, once even our domain was blocked cause we got marked as spammers.
Is there a way to avoid this from happening? maybe use several mailservers, domains, sender email addresses? Are there special mail services for companies who send a lot of emails? or how do the big guys in the business do it, who send a ton of emails a day from an email like support@ebay.com?
Thanks for any good advice

You can look at an outfit like Constant Contact (www.constantcontact.com) . I get a number of marketing emails from them and I like the fact that I can easily unsubscribe from individual newsletters.
