Use ping -t ip address for a constant ping response. Do tracert to get the route and then constantly ping each device look for the device that's increasing in time.
What's the software? Has anyone ever said that this software will work over a WAN? I'm guessing it's not meant to be used over a slow link.

Hi ,
sorry i was on a long weekend. The software was working fine over PPTP. I read that IPSec is slower than PPTP.
i'll try to set a computer with PPTP and try the software.
My customer is trying to add FIBER to the two other site too, it may help.
I'll let know.
Thanks

While it's true that PPTP VPN has less overhead and requires less processor power, I've never seen an appreciable difference on a site-to-site over ADSL. There should be no difference in latency and only a tiny improvement in bandwidth, so I'm surprised that it works on one but not t'other.
